What is Facility & Lessons Setup?

This section is for any organization that will offer facility rentals, trainer-led private lessons, or other structured “resource-based” bookings (e.g., cage 1, bullpen 2). We’ll add the facility “features,” decide which are rentable, and configure lessons/trainer details.

Lay out every cage, bullpen, or training lane. Mark whether it’s publicly rentable, or if it’s for lessons only. If you only do group events, you can skip some of this.

Why: Tells the system what can be booked or used for events/lessons.
Check: Rentable or not, price per hour, which lesson types can occur there.

Add-Ons

Some facilities charge extra for a pitching machine or HitTrax. Create an add-on so it’s easy to include in a booking.

Why: Creates upcharges or references for trainers to add to lessons.
Check: Whether an add-on belongs to a specific feature or any trainer.
