We’re glad you’re here! Now, let's get you set up for success. Below, you’ll find a compressed checklist that goes through every step of the StatStak onboarding process. Each step has a unique page with videos, guides, and resources to make the transition as easy as possible.
This page is step one in that process, the Pre-Onboarding Checklist, and is intended as a jumping-off point for new accounts.

Now, let’s get into it! Before your first onboarding meeting, here is what should be setup:

To fill out your Justify information in the Settings > Accounts section on the StatStak platform, follow these detailed instructions:
Accessing Settings: Log into your StatStak account. Once logged in, locate the dropdown arrow or menu in the top left corner of your Admin dashboard. This dropdown will reveal additional options, including "Settings." Click on "Settings" to proceed.
Navigating to Accounts: Within the Settings menu, you will find several sections or blocks. Look for the "Accounts" section, which is typically positioned on the second row and may be the fourth option over from the left. This layout can vary, so look for the "Accounts" label specifically.
Initiating Account Info Submission: In the Accounts section, you should see an option or a button labeled "Continue to submit account info" or a similar prompt indicating the action to submit or add account information. Click on this option to move forward.
Justify Onboarding Process: Clicking the aforementioned button will redirect you to a new tab or window in your browser, taking you to the Justify platform. Justify is StatStak's payment processor, and this is where you will enter all necessary financial information for receiving payouts.
Filling Out Financial Information: The Justify onboarding process will ask for comprehensive financial details, including but not limited to your business name, tax ID number, bank account information, and possibly the last three months of bank statements. Prepare to provide detailed information about your business operations, such as the average time between a customer making a payment and receiving their goods or services.
Additional Information Section: If there are any requests for information that you cannot fulfill (e.g., if you are a new business without three months of bank statements), Justify typically provides a section where you can explain your situation or provide additional context. Use this section to communicate any unique aspects of your business that might not be covered by the standard questions.
Submission and Review: After filling out all required fields and providing as much detail as possible, submit your information for review. Justify's review process can take between one to three business days. They may reach out directly via email if they require further information or clarification.
Approval and Notification: Once Justify has reviewed and approved your submission, they will notify StatStak. You will then be set up to receive payments through the platform. StatStak or Justify will inform you once everything is finalized and your account is fully operational.
Remember, the Justify onboarding process is designed to be thorough to ensure all financial transactions are secure and compliant with regulatory standards. While it may seem extensive, providing detailed and accurate information upfront will facilitate a smoother operation and prevent potential issues with payment processing down the line.
